MTL Development is currently looking for a sales assistant to support the sales team for residential real estate projects in downtown Montréal.
Tasks
- Make phone calls and send emails to potential customers, updated their profiles in our CRM and provide all necessary information about the real estate project.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Reserve and confirm appointments for sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team by offering unparalleled customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Over 3 years of customer service/sales experience
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and new condo sales
- Experience using CRM software is a valuable asset
- Capable of completing over 50 phone calls per day
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and French
