Victoria Lande is a key force behind MTL Développement’s leasing and operations workflow.
Joining the company in 2021 as an intern, she has since grown into the role of Sales & Operations Coordinator.
She serves as the central link between leasing, operations, and tenant relations, ensuring that every step, from market research to contract signing to tenant move-in, runs smoothly and on schedule.
A finance graduate with a minor in real estate from the John Molson School of Business, complemented by accredited brokerage studies, Victoria brings a strong ability to anticipate operational needs and keep leasing and sales operations running efficiently.
She manages project data and market research, coordinates showings and leasing workflows, supports property management, and aligns teams so that what is promised to clients is consistently delivered on the ground.
