Labid Aljundi,

PMP, MBA

President, CEO

Labid Aljundi is an investor, real estate developer and philanthropist. In 2005, he completed his MBA at HEC Montreal and developed a strong attachment to the city. After a series of successful international investments, he founded MTL Development, formerly known as MSC Investments Canada Inc, leveraging his project management experience to deliver high quality real estate projects. He also presides Maison Bourbon, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable spaces for community organizations.

Our team is comprised of professionals with hundreds of years of cumulative experience in development, construction, property management, engineering, and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves over the inclusivity and diversity that the team at MTL Developpement celebrates. We are a team of diverse backgrounds and international experiences.

Vice President – Projects & Development

Sulaiman has a deep passion for engineering. His Masters and PhD degrees in Structural Engineering are complemented by more than 25 years of successful international experience in the design of buildings, bridges and other civil structures, and more than a decade of experience as a University professor. He joined Mr Aljundi in the establishment of MTL Development to build high-end residential projects in Montreal.

Maren Al Jendi

Operations Development Manager

Maren Al Jendi is the Operations Development Manager at MTL Développement – one of Montreal’s fastest-growing real estate development companies. Leadership comes naturally to him; his family has a legacy of business experience and expertise, grounding and guiding his entrepreneurial spirit. While hard work is woven into Maren’s DNA, it was his passions for new challenges, innovation, and creativity that inspired him to launch SABBYA. Having studied at prestigious institutions including McGill University and Cornell University, he is building on his family’s foundation in business to become a rising star in a new generation of Montreal entrepreneurs.

Skander Belkhodja,

Project Construction Manager

With a master’s degree in architecture, Skander has more than 20 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction. Skander arrived in Quebec in 2019 and joined the MTL Développement team as a Project Coordinator and currently holds the position of Project Construction Manager. Having worked on a number of major construction projects, particularly residential projects, he was able to develop project management skills by highlighting his rigor, adaptability, and versatility.
