At MTL Développement, we believe that true real estate development in Montreal goes beyond buildings. It extends to the culture, art, and community life that shape the heartbeat of our city.
In this spirit, MTL Développement is proud to announce a $10,000 donation to the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (OSM). This gesture reflects our commitment to supporting the cultural vitality of Montreal and to investing in initiatives that strengthen our city’s sense of belonging, creativity, and openness.
Thanks to this contribution, the OSM will be able to continue its mission of making classical music accessible to everyone. The donation will help fund free outdoor concerts, high-quality youth performances, special student pricing, and free webcasts — bringing the beauty of orchestral music to an even wider audience.
For MTL Développement, supporting cultural organizations like the OSM means actively contributing to Montreal’s vibrancy. Just like architecture and urban design, classical music enriches daily life and helps build inspiring, sustainable communities.
By combining real estate innovation with community engagement, MTL Développement remains true to its mission: to create modern, human, and harmonious living environments; on stage and throughout the city.
